As part of the professional services, BCC provides Support services and Implementation Health Check for completed projects or live projects just prior to go-live.

Health Check

BCC adopt a structured approach for performing Product Implementation health check. During Health Check assignments; BCC focuses on the following key areas:

  • Perform in-depth solution audit addressing multi-org setup, Chart of Account (COA) structure and verify if they comply to requirements and business needs.
  • Review solution design deliverables in terms of completeness and correctness and validate those against signed-off statement of Work.
  • Validate product configuration against signed-off design deliverables and best practices.
  • Review Business Processes sequences, streamlining and validate their impact on the corporate accounting structure.
  • Evaluate customizations and extensions against the scope of work and evaluate the development framework used.
  • ReviewSecurity configurations and profiles.
  • Evaluate User Learning events completed in terms of efficiency and sufficiency.
  • Evaluate and verify Data Conversion efforts performed in terms of completeness.
  • Perform project management review, develop audit report and recommend the way forward.

Support Services

BCC provides multi-layer support services including remote and on-site support. Services provided during support engagements include:

  • Respond to user community enquiries and provide necessary assistance
  • Resolve reported issues and problems, document incidents and coach power users on resolutions made, update the knowledge base if applicable.
  • Prioritize users’ community requirements based on urgency and severity.
  • Develop custom extensions to the solutions if required in cases where integrations are needed or additional analytical reports are required.
  • Perform data backups on agreed on time schedule.
